Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Here is exactly how refunds work.

1. Our 30-day guarantee

Every digital product bought on meistereckhart.com, including the ebook, the course, the devotional, the journal and the guided audio, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, email Gregory@meistereckhart.com within 30 days of your purchase and you will get a full refund. You do not have to give a reason.

2. How to ask for a refund

• Write to Gregory@meistereckhart.com from the email address you used to buy, or include that address in your message.
• Tell us which product it was. The order number from your receipt helps, but it is not required.
• Send it within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.

We will process the refund within a few business days. It goes back to the card or account you paid with, through our store provider. Your bank or PayPal may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

3. After a refund

Once a product is refunded, your licence to use it ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded, and your access to course material will be closed.

4. When we may say no

Requests made after 30 days are outside the guarantee, though you are always welcome to write to us. We may decline a refund where there are clear signs of abuse, for example repeated buying and refunding, or evidence that the product was copied or shared against our Terms of Use.

5. Problems with a file or a double charge

If a file will not open, a download link does not work, or you were charged twice, write to us at any time, even after the guarantee period, and we will fix it or refund the extra charge.

6. Books bought on Amazon or other stores

This policy covers purchases made through this site. Kindle and paperback books bought on Amazon or another store are covered by that store's own refund rules, so please ask the store directly.

7. Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

By law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download or access begins, if you agreed to start right away. When you buy, you ask for immediate access and accept that the 14-day cancellation right ends when delivery starts. Our 30-day guarantee still applies on top of that, so you lose nothing.

8. Please contact us before disputing a charge

If something is wrong with your order, please email us first. We answer quickly and a refund through us is faster for you than a dispute with your bank.
